Incorrect Capacity shows for Instructor Led Training

Summary:

Hello Team,

We have a Instructor Led Training with 30 Capacity and all the 30 Learners has been assigned to the Course.

However when Learning Admin goes to Course → Offering, the Booked Seats shows 1 number less. Please find the screenshot:

However, when Learner login and want to enroll for the Course it shows 0 Seats are available. Please find the screenshot:

I have run Scheduled Processes Sync ILT but still I see the Booked seats not changing to full capacity.

Need your advise.
