Approval workflow for change order

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Currently, the PO and PO Change Order share the same approval rules, so I would like to maintain only one set of rules for both PO and PO Change Order.

Specifically, if the change order only updates the Promised Delivery Date, it should be automatically approved.

However, if I configure a rule such as “Promised Delivery Date Change in Days Greater than 0 → Auto Approve”, the change order will still proceed to the normal approval rules defined for both PO and PO Change Order.

Any suggestion?
