Redwood - Purchase Agreements

We’re experiencing an issue with the Purchase Agreements (New) page. When we click the icon, it only shows the page below (the Update 25C behavior), and the new Create Agreement option that was introduced in Update 25D isn’t available. Could you please help us investigate and resolve this?
