Granting Compensatory Leave for Employees Working During a Specific Period

We have a requirement where employees who attend work during a specific defined period, for example from Christmas until New Year, should receive compensatory leave credited to their balance.
Only employees who actually work during that period should be eligible for this compensatory leave.
