Learning alert deep link to learners enrollment details

We have a learning alert setup that notifies learners when they have been enrolled in new learning.

This alert contains a deep link to the learning item in the learning catalogue (${AlertUtils.loop('learnerLearningRecords','<a ${href}="${learningItemDeepLink}" target="_blank">${learningItemTitle}</a><br>')} ), but we are wanting to replace this with a link directly to the learners Enrollment Details page instead. Is this something that can be done?

If not is there any way to add a link to the learners 'My Learning Experiences' page?

The reason for the change is that we have found that if the learning item is no longer published in the catalogue when the user follows the link that they receive the following error message 'Learning Access Denied - You don't have access to this learning Item'
