Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning ending in a status of warning

We have to started to run the 'Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning' scheduled process in Fusion to generate Outlook calendar reminders for learners but the sub process 'Sync Microsoft Calendar for Instructor-Led Training' is ending a status of 'Warning'.

When viewing the log we are seeing the following error messages

Fri Mar 06 15:05:01 UTC 2026: List of invalid attributes: recipient email
Fri Mar 06 15:05:02 UTC 2026: Processing failed for provider event id: 100000418402970 due to List of invalid attributes: recipient email

How do we find out which learners these errors relate to, and how do we fix them? All learners in Fusion have an email address from what we can tell.
