Query or process to extract Work order, Transfer Order Consumption

Summary:

We have EBS(ASCP) to Supply Planning (Cloud) ongoing implementation and no other module involved. Have anyone tried extracting WO , TO consumptions history from EBS if yes what process was followed any reference code  ? which we can refer to push the consumption data in form of measures to RP (min-max) calculation?
