Key Requirements

1. Item Identification & Tracking

Items, pallets, or cartons must have QR code labels containing item code, description, batch/lot number, production/expiry date, quantity, and storage location to support quick identification and reduce manual entry errors.

2. Location Management

Warehouse locations (Zone, Aisle, Rack, Level, Bin) must have QR codes to allow workers to scan and confirm storage locations and view stored items and available capacity.
