Ability to get "Actual" start/end date of next month in ARCS

Is there any way to get "Actual" start/end date of next period in ARCS when running certain rules in current period. We do have EDATE function; however it returns value based on the current month start/end date.

For e.g. The calendar is setup for client

Feb - 2 Feb to 1 Mar

Mar - 2 Mar to 29 Mar

So in above case EDATE on end date for rule run in Feb will return April 1 as value. However, it's wrong and we want to retrieve actual end date value which is March 29.
