Due to the current situation in the middle east, I need your urgent assistance to answer few queries.

  • Can we confirm that DR and backups of both Saas, Fusion and EPM is handled by Oracle?
  • For both Saas, I am aware that for this region there is a primary and secondary site, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is this correct?
  • Since the region itself is under threat, do we have any additional region?
  • For both Saas, between these regions, will the switch over work automatically and what is the condition and the time required?
