Connect to ATP in VBCS

Hi,

i am trying to connect to ATP from VBCS using Tenancy Setting, while in OIC connection we are using agents to connect to ATP while trying to connect to the same via VBCS we dont have an option to select connectivity agent, so ideally in this case the connectivity fails , how do we connect to ATP in this case which is hosted privately/using connectivity agent.
