Is there a column available in ARCS to retrieve comment‑level attachments in reports?

Summary:

We would like to confirm whether ARCS provides any column or supported method to retrieve comment‑level attachments (files attached inside comments) for use in reports.
Currently, we are unable to find any field in the ARM schema that returns the attachment file names added within the comment itself.
Can Oracle confirm if such a column exists or if comment‑level attachments are not exposed in the reporting schema?
