EDI 860 – How to restrict Header-only changes from being transmitted?

Hello Everyone,

We are using EDI 860 (PO Change Order) in Oracle Fusion.

Requirement:

  • If only PO header changes are made, the EDI 860 should NOT be transmitted.
  • If line-level changes are made, then the EDI 860 should be transmitted, including both header and line details.

Is there a way to restrict header-only changes from flowing through EDI 860?
Any setup, profile option, or customization recommendation would be appreciated. Also, is there any way to achieve it via CMK processing rules?
