Data Collection from downstream module such as Product data hub, Inventory etc using External system

We have a requirement where for one Phase of Projecr we are collecting the data from EBS using standard collection 'Extract data for Oracle supply chain planning cloud'. Since we dont have Organization, Items in Fusion, every entity is to be collected from EBS. When we tried collecting the data, error is as per below screenshot:

To rectify this we have created an External source system and was able to collect the data from EBS and organization are also visible in Manage Planning source system.

Now with this solution, other issue is where as part of Next phase of project the data is collected from all downstream modules in Fusion, and the requirement is to use External Source system for the data to be collected using Collection Job set so in the LOV of source system: External source system is to be visible (which is not currently) and the External source system is to be attached to a plan which could cater to both data from EBS collection and from Fusion collection. Is there a mapping that can be done which enable us to include
