Need to run integrations from Fusion Projects (PPM) to EPM Projects multiple times

Summary:

We are integrating Projects, Properties, and Budgets from Fusion PPM to EPM Projects. During the initial integration/load, I ran the "Import Project Budgets" out of the box integration for a single year. However, I have budget detail in other years for my projects. When I rerun the integration on those years, I get warnings that there is no data to load. I presume this is due to it being an "incremental load", looking for only new projects. However, I need to run it for projects that already exist/were integrated for year 1.

I also tried purging all Projects and Data from my EPM Planning application and rerunning the process from the beginning, starting with integrating the project metadata ("Import Projects") and properties ("Import Project Properties"), but it is behaving the same way where, on subsequent loads, it does not source any detail since it is the same Project inventory sourced the first time the integration was run.
