Rehire Time Card is Viewable for Previously Assigned Line Manager

Hello, I'm coming across an issue where a previously assigned line manager can still see a rehire's time card. The rehire is no longer reporting to this manager and is now in a completely different assignment.
I can confirm that the rehire is reporting to the correct new line manager and the new line manager has access to their timecard.

I did noticed the rehire's payroll relationship for their previous role is still "ongoing". Should that be end dated?
