Converted POs missing Source Agreements on new lines added in Fusion

Converted EBS POs missing Source Agreements (SA) on newly added lines in Fusion.

We have a large number of Converted POs from EBS, which came over with the Source Agreements showing on the Lines. However, when adding new lines to the POs, the Source Agreements are not showing on those lines.

Basically, the Converted POs looked good in Fusion with their SAs showing as expected, but if we add new lines within Fusion, those are missing the SAs.

Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated on why the SAs are missing on the newly added lines? I imagine we can do an FBDI upload to add in the missing SAs, but we are mainly interested in understanding the root cause of this issue.
