Transaction created via SOAP is invisible in UI

Hello,

I'm facing a visibility issue with transactions created through the SOAP web service (createTransaction) in a test environment.

The problem: When I run the service from SoapUI, I receive a success response (success: true) with a transactionID_t (e.g., CPQ-29341). However, the quote doesn't appear in the Transaction Manager, nor can it be found by searching by ID in the user interface.
