Why GOP doesn't consider Firm Planned Order Supply loaded via FBDI for Sales Order Fulfillment?

Summary:

I have a Sales Order with a Requested Date: 18-Mar-2026.

I loaded a Firm Planned Order (PLO) supply using FBDI with a Planned Supply Date: 24-Mar-2026. However, during Order Promising, GOP is recommending Make instead of considering the Firm Planned Order supply for fulfillment.

(Planned Supply is already enabled in the ATP Rule Criteria for the given Item–Organization combination.)

Could you please help clarify:

  • Why is GOP not considering the Firm Planned Order supply for fulfillment?
  • Are there any additional configurations or validations required for FBDI-loaded PLO supplies to be considered during Order Promising?
