Bug in the expiry renewal date rules?

​Hi there,

we have one specific enrollment that is done on a course level that involves reneweal on a specific date every year.
The colleagues want the employees to receive once a year an enrollment that will expire on the 30th of September.

We use the following setup - see image.
When we enroll someone now in March and we use as a date 30th September 2026 in the renewal Expiration section, then the user complets the course. Then we get a new reenrollment that is set for 01st of July 2027 and with due date 30th of September 2027. The expected dates should be 01st of July 2026 and with due date 30th of September 2026. Is this a bug?
