Oracle Fusion IAM Upgrade - not all pods scheduled

Summary: Yesterday we got the notification of the dates for our Fusion IAM upgrades dates. All of our environments that are on the PROD cadence (x3) have been scheduled for the Fusion IAM upgrade on 26th June but only 1 of our pods on the non prod cadence (x4) has been booked for 12th June. I'd like to understand why have the rest not been scheduled. All of these environments are in the same environment family (screen shot provided) and all are federated SSO. I tried to raise a SR to query this but it wouldn't let
