Docusign Delay in Document Status Updates from Request Signature to Implement Document

Summary:

Anomaly detected during testing of Docusign integration where the Document status of "Sent for Signature" was not updated to "Open" or "Closed for Receiving" until over 24 hours had elapsed even though all signatures were completed within an hour of the document being submitted for signature. In Document History, the Implement Document action was over 24 hours after the Request Signature, however, the signed Docusign PDF of the document showed the correct day.

One user had the issue and was able to recreate in our lower environment. Review of Docusign logs showed that all signatures were completed on the same day (within an hour of each other), but the Implement Document action in order document history was a full 24 hours
