Is AI Agent Studio enabled for instances in Government Region ?

Hi,

Just wanted to check if AI Agent Studio is same for all the regions, or is there anything difference for instances on Gov Regions.

I have performed all the required pre-requisites, yet the agents are not working, even the helper agent is not giving a proper response.

Wanted to understand if there are any difference between instances on general regions and government regions.
