Does EDMCS support multiple languages while viewing the application hierarchies

in Enterprise Data Management

Summary:

Can we create a application, hierarchy maintenance and property value updates in other languages apart form English? if yes, Could you help us to provide the steps for this.
For Instance: We have currently two applications in EDMCS which are in English. Now we have a new requirement to create new application in German language, where we need to add Chart of accounts and its property values in German language. If this is possible, Please guide us with the steps.

also, Can you confirm whether the Germany users can be able to view the existing applications hierarchies and property values(Currently in English) in German language.
