Replenishment planning measure catalog I do not see forecast consumption measure

Summary: We are using Replenishment Planning. I have given an external forecast. I see a difference in "Gross forecast" and "Net forecast" measure values. But I am not able to explain the difference in the absence of "Pegging" in RP and also I do not see any "Forecast Consumption" measure.
