26A Learning Assignment Profile Renewal Options

Can you point us to any documentation that explains the how assignment renewals work in 26A.
We want to understand the meaning /functionality of each option for When to Renew (Annual Start Date, Annual Due Date, Monthly Start date,Relative to current completion).

Also, can you let us know how can learning administrator can see the expiry date of the learning assignment if renewals are enabled like in classic UI?
