xAPI simple use case - mark classroom participation with a barcode link

hi there, we will certainly explore options to use xAPI in the future, but I want to start with a simple case. I am thinking of the following

• Users attend a classroom session.
• On the screen there is a barcode that they can scan.
• The code leads them to a page where they confirm with a button their participation. (in our environment they cannot log in Fusion on mobile so this should be a separate page.)
• The page sends the attendance confirmation to LRS and then to Fusion.

Anyone with a hint as to where I should start? Most of all what is an LRS that would be easy to implement?
