Is there any way to take user backup for P2T instance refresh?

We have our Prod to Test refresh scheduled, and I wanted to take backup for some integration users that I've created with different ACLs.

I was able to get the saved queries, conditions, out xmls and out jsons, etc from migration project but nothing is there for user…

Is it possible to migrate the whole user object along with its ACLs?
