Can we add another Incomplete infolet in Procurement > Purchase Orders > Overview page

Summary:

The Manager would like to view all the incomplete orders of the team

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently in the current infolet "Incomplete" the user can view only their list of incomplete orders and change orders. As this user is a manager and has access to all the POs created by the team, they would like to view all the incomplete order count of the team grouped by buyer and on clicking the count, the page with all the incomplete order list should appear of selected buyer.

Is this possible and if yes how?
