Data Type association for Transaction Line Data

Summary: We want to copy the Sales Order Line data from the Transaction Line to the Shipment Transaction Line

On the action Copy data from Transaction Line we have the data configuration option but on the data configuration, there is no association type of Transactionline- Transaction Line. how do we achieve this as we would like to copy the data from the preceding Transaction line to the current line.

Please suggest if anyone has faced a similar situation.
