Historical changes displaying duplicate rows while changing manager via mass updates

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have performed manager change via Mass Updates > Create Mass Assignment change. After submission , we have noticed that its creating duplicate rows and appearing duplicate rows in Historical changes with 1 minute gap for duplicates.

Noticed this behavior after 26A

Anyone else have noticed this issue or any suggestions ?
