absence acrruals- repeating time periods quarterly frequency unavailability

Summary:

We have a requirement where the absence plan must accrue a certain number of days at the beginning of the quarter and start of the new quarter i.e, for Q1 they should receive certain number of days on Jan 1st and so on. Unused balance expires at year-end. Remaining balance expires at year-end and resets to zero on January 1st of new year and New year entitlement will be granted according to Q1 allotment rules and so on. we are using weekly Repeating time periods because of unavailability of quarterly option. and our requirement is to accrue certain number of
