We created a change request and assigned it to a vendor user so they could enter values for several additional attributes (EFF) configured on the item master. The vendor user has access to the Product Development (PD) module to open the change request, as well as access to the item master to provide their inputs. However, the system is locking the EFF fields and preventing the vendor user from editing or entering their values. What could be causing this behavior? Any pointers would be helpful.
