Learner email within Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time subject area

Summary:

Dear all,

We have developed an OTBI report using the Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time subject area to monitor the progress of specializations. Within this report, we were previously able to view learners’ email addresses (Assignee Primary Email Address). For several weeks, we have been unable to extract learners’ email addresses through the report.

We conducted tests using other email fields within the same subject area but, when running the report, the Email column appears blank.

We have consulted the following official Oracle documentation, but we have not found any more recent documentation addressing this issue:
