Getting 'context is null' error while content subscription from descartes

Hi,

while i am trying to do content subscription in GTM , i am getting an error

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke glog.server.externalcontent.SubscriptionContext.isActive() because context is null

is there something missing that needed to be installed
