Restrict Intercompany Segment Rule for Transfer order within Same Business Unit (LE)

Summary:

We have created Segment level rules for COA. We created a transfer order between 2 Legal entities and system is able to generate the Intercompany segment based on the mapping set with source as Transfer Inventory organization identifier and Prior Transfer Inventory Organization Identifier.

However we want to restrict this IC segment rule if it's within same business unit. We want IC Segment to have 000 value if it's between same business unit/Legal entity.Can someone please share source condition that we can use to restrict?
