ORA‑00001 Error When Synchronizing AUH “Total Geography”

Hi all,

I’m getting this error when saving/synchronizing the AUH “Total Geography” in FCCS:

"Error while saving/synchronizing the AUH 'Total Geography' : ORA-00001: unique constraint (EPMPRDVLLVM56.PARENT_NAME) violated"

Has anyone seen this before?

What typically causes this constraint error in FCCS, and how can I identify which member or relationship is triggering it?
