Photo Tile in Personal Details Not Updating (until clear browser cache)

Summary:

When a user updates their photo in Employee Self Service (Me > Quick Actions > Personal Details > Photo), the profile image in the top‑right corner updates as expected. However, returning to the Personal Details page still displays the previous photo. Is there a way to ensure this image refreshes automatically? Clearing the browser cache forces the update, but we are looking for an alternative solution.
