I created a PO following the process: Requisition - Negotiation - Create Contract- Fullfilment- PO

Summary:

I created a PO following the process: Requisition → Negotiation → Create Contract (automatically generated from the negotiation) → then auto-create Fulfillment to generate a Purchase Order from the contract.

Since contracts are created from negotiations, and negotiations are created form requisition.

My question is: is it possible to add custom fields (DFF) in the Purchase Order UI to display the following variables:

1. Linked Contract Number
2. Negotiation Number linked to the Contract
3. Requisition Number linked to the Negotiation

but that these DFFs automatically inherit the before data

If yes, how can this be achieved?

or How can I achieve this traceability in a standardized way?
