How could I remove Export/Import Files through a sistematic process (Scheduled)

We need to clean up supply chain planning data (import files and export data) after some period of time. Let's say, 6 months for exports, and 12 months for Shipment History and 3 months for any other import file like Assignment Sets, Safety Stocks, Sourcing Rules, External Forecasts.

We currently do it manually through the File Import/Export menu, but this is very time consuming and we would like to do it bulk with some process.

Is there a way to do it on the backend, via Admin or with some Scheduled Process?

We want to keep only relevant information and keep our environment as light as possible.
