Different offering view in Specialization VS Course

Summary:

Hello,

We want our employees to always be able to choose the language of the offering.At the course level , our configuration is working as excepted, the employee can select any Offering between the list.

But when we assign the same course through a specialization, then the Learner is automatically enrolled in his system language.How can we remove this so the learner has always the choice of the offering?
