"View manager hierarchy" Condition not working for Custom Line Manager role

Hi all,

We are currently facing issue in Custom Line Manager role. We are encountering error message "You don't have access to this worker's assignment info." for resignation/termination requests for line manager.

We have added the DSP with condition of "View Manager Hierarchy" (Knowledge Article reference)

Could anyone assist to let us know what are we missing?
