Enabling the Learning administrator experience to Redwood

We are preparing for the 26B release in Learning and need to enable the Learning Admin Experience, Resource Management, Recommendation Management, and Self‑Paced Learning Management for customer or external content.

We have already enabled the Learning Admin Experience. I would like to confirm if there are additional steps required to enable these three areas.

• Resource Management
• Recommendation Management
• Self‑Paced Learning Management for customer or external content.
