EDMCS Approver Functionality within Outlook

Does EDMCS allow an approver to Approve/Reject a Request directly from the email notification or is it a must that they access the UI to officially accept/reject. We have a use case in which Approvers would like the ability to be able to quickly do this without accessing the UI.
