We need to deliver a rotational training model using a single Initiative in Oracle Learning Cloud
- First Year: learners should be assigned a Self‑Paced course/Offering.
- Second year : the same learners should be assigned the In‑Person version of the course.
- This pattern should continue in subsequent years, with the Initiative automatically assigning, we want to manage this within one Initiative (not multiple initiatives)
We need guidance and/or a product-supported configuration to achieve this behavior. Could Someone please assist on this requirement
