How to report on full Service Request message history?

Summary:
Hi Everyone,
Our Team currently have to manually open each HR Helpdesk Service Request and take screenshots of the message threads when requested which is time consuming. I am looking for a more efficient workaround, perhaps running a report that extracts the full content of all messages and interactions within a Service Request for a specific person. Ideally this would include SR Header Information and Message Details.
Does anyone have a recommended Subject Area ( for example, Help Desk - HR Service Request Messages Real Time) or a specific template that exports conversations into a clear readable format?
