Succession Planning Advisor Agent(AI agent) is not able to search by name
Hello everyone,
We noticed that when chatting with the Succession Planning Advisor Agent, it consistently fails to find employees by their names, even when they are correctly spelled names (100% accurate spelling confirmed).
The agent always responds with requests for Person Number, Assignment ID, or other identifiers instead of recognizing the name directly.
We weren't able to find anything related in the documentations or customer connect. Is this expected behavior for the AI agent?
Should the agent be able to find employees by name directly, or is the Person Number requirement by design?
Anyone experiencing the same?
Also a lot of times i will get inconsistent answers like for employee having active succession plans that the agent is not finding any. Do you experience anything similar ?
