Seniority Date rounding discrepancy that "pushes" the date forward
Summary:
Hello everyone,
I am facing an issue where the Seniority Date for some employees is shifting (increasing by 1 or 2 days) after running the Recalculate Seniority process. The Seniority Date should remain fixed as the Hire Date.
Our Configuration:
- Seniority Rule: Defined to reflect Length of Service in Years, Months, and Days as well as the Total Hours of their service.
- Conversion Type: We are using a Fast Formula of type "Employment Seniority Hours to Days Conversion" and "Employment Seniority Date Adjustment"
- Business Logic: We have two different conversion factors based on assignment requirements: 6.976 hours/day and 8 hours/day, with a standard
