Is it possible to add custom fields to the following "Search views" of the learning assignments?

We are checking if possible to add "Core HR" custom fields to the following "Search views". Is there any process to run to show worker core hr custom fields?

The need is to assign courses to learners, from "Learning Assigment" redwood page, using worker attributes and in particular core HR custom fields. If possible, is there from core HR "Additional Person Information" or core HR "Additional Assignment Information"?
