How do we renew the SSO certificate in OCI?

I received a notification which certificate used for single sign-on to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management(with Microsoft Entra) is going to expire.

So, I'd like to renew the SSO certificate in OCI but I can't upload new metadata xml file.

How do we renew the SSO certificate in OCI?

Here is my step-by-step procedure in OCI.

I created and activated new certificate and download metadeata xml file in Microsoft Entra.

Sign-in OCI > Identity & Security > Domains > click domain name link > Federation

Click policy name link in "Identity Provider Policies" > Identity provider rules > Click … > Edit Idp rule > unassign IdP > Save Changes

Back to "Identity Provider" > Click … > deactivate IdP
